Everyone who works in food service knows to wear gloves and a hair net while handling food. I just left chipotle and the lady on the grill cooking wore no gloves. While she swapped out the pans on the line, she had no gloves on. Reaching over peoples food with no gloves nor a hair net as her hair is hanging out of her hat messy and wild.
