In Sydney for one night so I walked across the road from my motel at Burwood to dine at il Buco Kitchen, an Italian restaurant, run by Italians and staffed by Italians: food is prepared with typical Italian passion. The menu has been interpreted into...a more easily understood format (Australianised But the food is still genuine Italian! I love it here, it's my visit over a couple of years.
