The food was of a good quality and well cooked and presented well staff and owner vert welcoming, but the noise from the surrounding dinners was unbearable this is due to the high ceiling and hard surface walls making sounds rebound around the room, a real shame because they have the everything else going for them. Great food great staff would recommend lovely place
Went with a group of girlfriends on Thursday. The set menu was excellent value and the staff were courteous, friendly and fun. Highly recommend!
We went with seven people for dinner and opted for the Xmas menu. Service was friendly and efficient and general atmosphere was very good. Food is fine.
We went for a family meal last Friday. Unfortunately there was a series of power cuts in the area which blacked out most of the nearby businesses, but somehow The Highland carried on! The food was lovely and served with good humour from the staff under very difficult conditions. We were even given a bottle of wine as we left! Highly recommended for food, service and value but slightly lacking in ambience.
