The female manager is extremely rude and needs to learn how to talk to customers. Recommend you put her on a training course as her behaviour is unacceptable. I’m a regular with Zaza and I’ve never been treated like this at Zaza or any other restaurant. If it was me I would fire her. Bad service puts me off a restaurant. read more.
