Genuinely shocked by some of the reviews on here, though note most of them are old so could be why. We've been ordering from Billy's for at least 6 months now and every time it's been delicious! Their chips are the best around for miles and their battered sausages are a treat too. Also their curry sauce is proper chippy curry sauce! #ifyouknowyouknow read more.

Food poisoning- both children had chicken nuggets and were fine before hand. Both children up all night and following day with sickness and diarrhoea defiantly will never eat from here again obviously don’t serve fresh food. Currently waiting on a call back to see if my 6 year old needs medical attention DISGUSTING. read more.

"Had to complain that the coffee was cold, the server and his lackey thought it would be good customer service to laugh at me. Perhaps with future customers show some empathy, apologize and ask if you their is anything you can do to resolve the...problem. Not laugh. The server then went and stood outside for a smoke. Doesn't look very professional but thats just my opinion."
