for over 6 years. not sure why the negative reviews. affordable and friendly retro dim sum place, in which did the only dim sum space in the opposite. the prices have risen since the pandemic, but still better than chinatown. do not expect a fine and delicate dimsum, but a homemade vibe that cannot always be perfect. also cooked dishes are great, no complaining.
