Called to place an order and a very ignorant and rude woman answered the phone. She was very unprofessional and roughly handed the phone to a polite woman telling her should could not understand what I was saying. She did not apologize or bother to place the call on hold as she shoved the call to the other person. Although, the other woman was nice and helpful I decided to place my order elsewhere. cookies of design are creatiw and tasty. I received as a gift and loved mine. in the next week a gift to a friend. .
I took a nice plate and the cookies were delicious! the customer service was excellent! Joanna was so friendly and accommodating.
