I don't normally write reviews but with an experience like this I can't help but have to applaud the service. The cashier that greeted me was extremely polite and pleasant and my sandwich came out in less than a minute. Which was very impressiveconsidering that they were moderately busy. What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
sandwiches are still very good, but their service is definitiw not fast. it's silly. before I moved to this place, I could order from jjj and have my food in 10 15 minutes. here; at least 45 minutes. View all feedback.
Took an hour to deliver food less than a mile away. Really a bummer. Given the other reviews, this may be more of a management issue than an employee one.
$4 delivery fee is insane when the delivery area is probably about 2 miles.
