What Allene Dietrich likes about Anna Thai Restaurant:
Unpretentious small 'cafe' like place but with very good quality food. Three of us dined there (Crispy pork stir fry with chilli and basil, Green chicken curry and chicken and cashews with noodles) and we all really enjoyed the fresh flavours. Food was plentiful and prices very reasonable (about $15 each main).Very near Enmore Theatre.On the down side can only pay with cash (so come prepared). read more.

The food at Anna Thai is pretty tasty and reasonably priced (cash only). It only seats about 25 covers so is a bit on the small side and can be quite noisy if it is full. If there is anything on at the Enmore Theatre (only 50 metres down the road) the restaurant can be pretty busy so best to go around 7:30-8 if you can.The service is good and the food tasty (try the baked whole snapper). This a very authentic Thai restaurant located in the hub of Newtown, Sydney.

The prices almost scared me off, but this place is legit - worth every penny.
