Gravel - Ennis

It wasn't too packed but busy. We ordered chips salsa and guacamole, and the Asian Spring rolls. We then ordered a Burger and Chicken Sandwich. The food was good, not exceptional, but tasty. I was frustrated with the time... we arrived at 8pm on a Sunday, ordered apps, got them quickly, then didn't get to order our main meals till about 930. It's a good place for drinks and to hangout with lots of local beers on tap.

We stopped by recommendation in this restaurant. It?s very much designed for tourists. I did order fishing chips. It was good, but French fries were fried too much. Fish was good. Service was friendly. Maybe we will come back sometime ????

As a fellow bar/grill owner I can appreciate a good lunch special. I had the meatloaf sandwich which was more than plenty in terms of meat. Served on a Ciabatta bun and was served hot and quick. Drinks were good too. Keep up the good work and great thanks to all service industry workers!!!

3.5 Stars Service was not so great but also, not awful. It just took a while to get servyas we could not sit at the bar. Only one table that?s not high top wheelchair accessible. Bathrooms are wheelchair accessible-ish. However, food was GREAT. Chips and salsa were delicious. I had the lamb sliders and it was AMAZING ! My little sister had the chicken pot pie and said it was over seasoned. Mom had the enchiladas (and they gave her rice even though she asked for none. Dad had french dip and seemed happy ! Over-all, not worth $106 for food drinks BUT could be with just a little bit better service. Would come here again for the lamb sliders when I roll through Ennis on my next fishing trip.

???????? Decent food ???????? Mens restroom was in rough shape I came in on a weekday around 1pm and ordered the Chicken Green Chili enchilada. The food was really good. I finished it all which is honestly surprising to me considering I typically get half to go for my dog. Downside was the mens restroom. I walked in and immediately was greeted by the smell of urine. As I was using one urinal, the other one still had urine in it so I decided to flush it which almost made it overflow, and did not get rid of the old urine. Others seemed to have notice as well since I noticed pencil graffiti at eye level saying ?I smell ****?. When I flushed it didn?t go down either.
