"Good food though a bit pricey. Wine menu the same. Aiming at a restaurant standard but not quite hitting the mark due to layout of the old style (lovely) bar. Tables a bit small and stuck into every available space. Not comfortable. Works better as a pub than a restaurant in my opinion. Maybe take away some of the smaller tables from the bar area and have a separate area designated for food. A more pleasurable experience for both diners and drinkers."
