This was a case of management choosing Euros over customer satisfaction and staff effectiveness. Already short-staffed, they offered a reservation for two at 7:45 having already overloaded staff and kitchen with a large group at 7. We were seated around 8. 20 minutes later ordered a bottle of wine, pestered for some bread to accompany our wine, and finally was served a first course an hour plus after arrival. Staters...
