My car broke in the thru. I was between two cars and got scared. I waited an hour for the tug. DQ closed at 10 and I asked if they could keep my ice in the freezer while they cleaned up. Using the drive thru was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and polite. The most unfortunate thing about this drive thru is a huge pothole just after the service window.
