"I love going to Jersey Mike’s. The three gentlemen and one woman that were there today seem to care more about making food for someone else behind the scenes. Nobody greeted you. Just hid in the back. One Computer didn’t work for credit cards. The entire floor was covered in lettuce and sub leftovers.Whole lot of standing around doing nothing.Must have been an off day or something.Hopefully was just a one time thing."

"Absolutely phenomenal! First off- the lady who helped us was amazing and such a sweetheart. The cooks did an excellent job even tho they were swamped. Now for the best part... The food. Everything we had was literally the best ever. Fresh not frozen, handmade burgers, fresh fries, fresh sauces. Everything. Mac n Cheese was best I ever had. We are 45 min from here but well worth it. Prices are good especially for what ya get! Will be back for sure!"

"I understand we?re in an environment with staffing issues across the board, however you have no signage or any indication on your doors to any walk in traffic that your lobby is closed. I was able to place a pick up order through DoorDash today, howeverwhen I arrived the doors were locked. Nobody would answer the phones, and the drive thru easily had 15 cars waiting. Notcustomer friendly for local employees in your area, like me who only has 30 minutes for lunch. Maybe food delivery serviceshould be postponed until adequate staffing levels resume. Shouldn?t be able to advertise for pick up orders when you have towait 20+ minutes in the drive thru."

"I do believe The Pizza Shop has new owners, but have not changed the name or the menu. I believe they don't want all the loyal customers to know, so we continue. Never again!!! We ordered a white pizza that had tomato sauce on it in the center, as if they started to make a regular pizza. Instead of fixing it, they just left the tomato sauce on it. We decided to try again. We have always loved The Pizza Shop and figured the mistake was done by the two teenage boys, who seemed to be the only ones there when we got the messed up pizza. This order was worse. Ordered loaded fries with cheese wiz, get these often. The container was perhaps 1/3 full, with mozzarella. We also got three subs. all with mozzarella. even though no one ordered it. We are very disappointed, and they will not get any more business from us."
