Great spot atmosphere could use a little updating or better effort at the wall art lol.... what a nice celebration we had for my wife's birthday. The staff really takes excellent care of you here, prompt, attentive, and engaging, remarkable I'll return just because they were so enjoyable!!!!!! The food was awesome. I had a bone in rib eye, and my wife had a butterfly filet mignon. My daughter had prime rib tacos, and... View all feedback.
What Dano R doesn't like about Silverado Steakhouse:
Though I had some exceptional food during my trip to Vegas, unfortunately this restaurant was not one of them. Most of the dishes we ordered were quite bland, with the exception of the lobster bisque which was overly salty. On the bright side, the service was excellent and our visit was a convenient break from the casino tables outside. View all feedback.
The pork chops were the best I ever had. They were juicy, tender, flavorful.
I’m from ga, this was the best steakhouse i’ve ever been to! the steak was soooo tender and juicy. i don’t think anybody can top this place.
Our server Matthew went above and beyond any expectation you could have for a server. If the food was terrible, I'd still give 5 stars thanks to Matthew. Luckily, the food was also really good. Bone in ribeye hangs in there with more expensive steak houses. Lobster bisque was fantastic and the portion size was very generous. I highly recommend eating here (ask to sit in Matthew's section). My wife and I are locals and will continue to come back here over other higher priced steak houses on the strip.
Open seating layout. Great steakhouse but more casual than a Vic Anthony's. Steaks are awesome! See the pics. Hand tossed salads are a nice touch too! Also recommend the halibut!!!! Espresso martini...perfect choice for an after dinner cocktail
Service was A+ house salad was dry. I ordered the Filet Oscar in which I expect the crab to be broken up and resting on the steak but was just a piece of crab meat in the side. Truffle Mac n cheese was awful. My booth was used as a holding spot for the pepper grinder so I had to deal with waiters constantly coming to my booth grabbing the pepper grinder. Not cool. They did remove the Mac n cheese from my bill. My Bill was $139 and I tipped $50 for amazing service. I am a local in Las Vegas. Not sure if I’ll come back.
