"Quel bon souvenir de notre passage à Chartres !Petit restaurant qui s'inspire du bouchon Lyonnais. C'est petit, chaleureux, une équipe à l'écoute.Nous étions 3, nous avons pris l'andouillette sauce moutarde, la tête de veau sauce gribiche, et le pavé de saumon: un mot : SU-CCU-LENT !!!Pour le dessert, mon ami a commandé un dessert supplémentaire après coup (tatin "revisitée"), nous étions les derniers clients. Sur le coup le chef lui a dit que ce n'était pas possible, qu'ils n'en avaient plus. Avant de ressortir des cuisines quelques minutes plus tard, après avoir quand même pris le temps de lui en repréparer un ! C'était vraiment gentil !!!C'est le genre de choses qui ne s'oublie pas."

"This is a small restaurant that seems to be a pork specialist, although other dishes are offered. my wife had the fag while I had the bark. at the tasting of the pork of my wife I came to the conclusion that the pork was the better dish, although my bark was perfectly satisfactory. there was a waitress and she worked hard. service was very good. eating was very good. wein is only available from the bottle and half the bottle. there is no house wine. weine start from 8,50 € a half bottle. I will visit this restaurant again and take my friends when they visit."
