I can't praise this restaurant enough! The owners were delightful, and the food was exceptional. I knew we had made the right choice as soon as we approached and caught a whiff of the delicious food being prepared. The perogies were the best I've ever had! We will definitely be returning. Delicious, traditional pierogi. We had the cheese, potato and jalapeno which were excellent and we highly recommend. Also tried the Door County Cherry sweet stuffed pierogi which was a unique, sweet take and a yummy dessert. Absolutely amazing all around!! Anybody who comes to door county needs to eat here. Not only is the food 100% authentic and delicious, but the staff are so kind and welcoming. What a gem! We had the pork, sauerkraut and mushroom, and cheese/potato/jalapeno pierogi's and golabki. Let's just say you will not be disappointed in any of these choices. The pork was tender, flavorful and everything I had hoped for. The sauerkraut and mushroom was a powerful flavor bomb (this is my favorite kind of pierogi and Prince of Pierogi had the best in my opinion . The jalapeno potato and cheese was well balanced and delicious! The cabbage roll was fully stuffed and absolutely a treat! The dill on top made all the difference. Treat yourself and try everything on the menu : we'll be back tomorrow to get some frozen pierogi!
