We visited here quite a few times now. We randomly come across this on google. It’s a lovely little pub and the food is amazing. We didn’t book and was welcomed in and found us a table straight away and this was on a Saturday. I would recommend to book though. Especially if u are going for Sunday lunch. View all feedback.
What colingrahamj doesn't like about Axe Compass:
Arrived at the pub with my wife at 5:30 on a Saturday evening for a quick meal. Pub had no more than 6 customers inside having a drink. I went to the bar to check if they were serving food, was told they were but she needed to check something. Came back few seconds to say they didn’t have any tables available?! The restaurant was empty, most of the bar was empty. We left baffled!! Still can’t quite work out how there... View all feedback.
