They still make a very good coffee but the place needs a complete refurbishment. Furniture is old and damaged and the toilets need a complete makeover. There's lots of places to have coffee in Epping and Cafe Nero need to think about this. More staff would also help. Service is slow, tables are not cleared quickly for new customers. read more.
