Great little pub with a huge garden and children play park. Occasionally has music and monthly quiz night. Open fire, friendly staff and guests,dog friendly too . Have found this pub average at best, We used this pub under previous landlords/owners and everything was what you would expect from a country pub we travel to Essex frequently and always try to stop off at lunch times for something to eat and drink on the previous few occasions we have been the pub here always been closed we have held off leaving a review as thought the new landlords /owners the benefit of the doubt...
