"If you are looking for a typical Swabian inn, visit the lamb in Schwaigern. Feels one of the last traditional inns in the underland in family hand. In the middle of the historic old town of Schwaigern, you can sit comfortably inside or in summer outdoors. We visit the lamb again and again, whether private or for a business dinner. The selection of good wines and a well-selected menu leave nothing to be desired. My favourite has been the lamb pen (skin ends on a sensational sauce, in addition, Spätzle).
