The meat is charred on the outside and literally uncooked on the inside. All the stews by 14:30 were finished and from what I read in the other reviews better...we were probably lucky. We ordered quickly and they arrived in a very good time. Service perfect. Steaks, pancetta, rooster with spaghetti, stuffed burger and veal steak, smoked eggplant salad, etc., were very tasty. The potatoes need a bit of frying and the country style didn't have the volume it should have to be country style. We ate well 7 people without complaints.
