I celebrated my graduation earlier this evening in this gorgeous place. Well we enjoyed a wonderful evening and the venue was unquestionably one of the reasons for this strong evening. I was short 3 pounds of crawfish out of 15 pounds and 1 pound short of shrimp from a 5 pound order. I called to complain and they explained the reason was because they weigh the seafood before they boil it! who ever heard of that bs? and wouldnt it weigh more or the same after you boil it??
