on the occasion of my wife's birthday we had lunch here, wonderful location, great food, professional but at the same time familiar. in particular the food, on all fried cod and polypetti to the luciana gnocchetti zucchini and delicate clams. What User doesn't like about Kona:
it's a big restaurant nicely located, but that's all I can say about it. the food lasts forever (we waited 45 minutes for 2 pasta dishes) and when it arrives, it is saldy not worth waiting. overcooked pasta (in...Italy all places) and load bought chew gniocci that were so bad I could not finish the half of the schirr. by far the worst eating we had in our trip to italia if they want a nice lunch with a view, they jus... i did a wine tasting and traditional lunch. great view and the good and wine were decent. it was part of a whole tour.
Great selection of fresh pastas and pizza. Awesome caprese plate to share for the table. Plenty of Gluten Free options (celiac friendly), including fresh bread....
