we often come here for delicious coffee and breakfast bread. but today it was lunch and we had the cottage pie. what for a sound, it was excellent, served with wonderfully fresh and tasty sweet and a great crippled terri and all. the staff in the curly house tea room for a wonderful lunch. When I said Rabbit stew I mean its there for the asking.. Not for me Another thing there is Taxidermy in there again not for me .. I didn't know until we orderd they have C C T V but you have to look...for it.. A good point is there is NO music ...we'll when we went there wasn't.. So its a good place to go WARNING the country road the Leeds to Trent lock is very narrow I mean very narrow indeed you can't park out sid... View all feedback.

Very traditional... Owner could be more smiley, a bit curt. A tea shop should have brilliant scones... They weren't unfortunately.

At the counter of the place you can also eat dishes and drinks, and there is a dining room with chairs/tables. If the weather are right, you can also have something to eat outside.
