Very unwelcoming. Landlady is definitely in the wrong job. Judging from other reviews, we are not on our own shocking responses to criticism from both owners. They need some training on how to be customer focussed. Maybe the staff at The Stanhope Arms, down the road can help them now there’s a proper pub! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 View all feedback.
We've only been once, but the Sunday lunch we had was well-cooked, well-presented and plentiful. The service and vibe were good too. We'd definitely come again....
