Went for Trump Rally. It was fun. Would like to see if another candidate does one.Vendors really sock you on souvenirs. One guy wanted $40 for a cap. I gave him $5 and he took it View all feedback.
Erie Insurance Arena is a great building for hockey, so I'm giving them a solid four stars for that. The ticket staff, concession staff, and ushers are very friendly, and the prices for food and beverage are fairly reasonable. There are two garages on 8th Street, and if you don't mind walking a little bit, one on 10th Street, so there's plenty of parking. The only drawback is seating. The seats aren't very comfortable, and if you sit right on the glass they have advertisements running the entire circumference around the ice now, that from the seating side produce an annoying black strip that somewhat obstructs your view.WWE comes here occasionally as well. Other than that, today's popular big-name music acts or other special events such as monster truck jams rarely if ever come to Erie. You have to go to either Youngstown or Buffalo for those, each about an hour and a half away.
