At last it has to try! The brisket was perfectly smoked if you do not know Brisket, always the moist, it is the fat side and the fat melts into the meat. The ribs were very good, and the Mac n cheese we had was not strength, was well spiced. Personally, I didn't like the Sauce elections, but I really didn't need it.
