"The ice cream and service waa good. However there was a whole cones worth of ice cream om the ground melted and noone was cleaning it after many customers said something and I even offered to put a bucket of water over it. But it stayed....anyhow over all good experience"

"Our server was Joshua, he was excellent! We had a party of nine, our food came out all at the same time, everything was correct, and the food was great. He was very attentive, got refills of drinks before we could even ask!...checked on us if we needed anything else. Max Erma's have a great employee."

"I 'm 61 years old and disabled. I ordered a pizza to go. I pulled up to the curb to go in to get the pizza that was paid for online when I ordered it. An employee ran out and yelled You can 't park there . I tried to explain that there was no handicapped parking and I was disabled. He said he didn 't care and yelled that if I didn 't park somewhere else that he was not giving me my pizza. I asked for him to bring it to the car and he basically told me to go F myself. I was completely shocked. Whoever owns this franchise should be ashamed of this business unless he/she doesn 't care either. I will never order from this business again and will tell others of my horrible experience there."

"Placed a delivery order on a Sunday evening . Kids Fish Tacos meal was delicious. Chicken breast meal was a joke! Overcooked, tough dry chicken. No sauce included. "Loaded" baked potato arrived with NO topping, not even butter. Gave the chicken to my dog after sawing at it with a steak knife to even cut it. Called the manager the next morning and he was very responsive apologetic. Got my name address and fervently promised he apos;d put a gift card in the mail to me immediately. Three 1/2 weeks later: NO GIFT CARD. One star for the kids fish tacos. 2nd star because this app won apos;t allow me to give just one. 4 stars deducted for a pricey adult meal that was inedible lack of follow thru from the manager. I USED to be a regular customer there. No more. Ugh."
