I mixed up their hours with the pine avenue location and showed up for my order ten minutes after they closed and felt dumb. As a service worker I hate showing up somewhere after they close. The staff was extremely understanding and nice and the pizza was EXCELLENT. I will be recommending this place to my friends and coworkers for a good lunch spot. What Richard Wood doesn't like about Patti's Pizza (west Side):
Ordered a steak sub unaware there were mushrooms on it. I'm allergic to mushrooms so I took it back and they made me but a different sub. So I get to keep the sub I'm allergic too and don't want, as well as a brand new sub. How is that correcting the situation? I guess the customer is always wrong at pattis pizza. I won't be back.
