Lovely High Tea, served with a glass of bubbles. Food was beautiful with some unusual items and great twists on some classics. The service was attentative without being over the top. Stopped in for lunch without a booking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We sat inside but patrons can also sit outside under the verandah with a fine vista and surrounds. Having said all that the lunch time menu was very basic and limited. If you did not like seafood the the choices were slim. My wife and I had lunch here this weekWe have been twice before each time I have had the specials pulled pork sandwich or BLT.

"I thought I'd be put off by the large space and bright lights but instead I was pleasantly surprised by how clean, fresh and friendly my first impression was on entering the space felt immediately intimate and welcoming. I didn't expect the delightful thrill I got from the very first greeting from the tall bearded man wearing a beret his warmth professionalism melted any doubts I had about trying out this restaurant for the first time I now believe this is my most favourite restaurant on the Coast after tonight! (and it was mentioned it has been here for 4 years ...there is also a whisper that they will be bringing back music, bands and possibly a big band! The Chef Daniel, is a genius with the multi dimensioned taste texture sensations he created from the Entree to the Deserts (of which I had to have two different ones as I couldn't decide...there was more than one that excited me! not only that, whilst I don't drink, I was offered a surprise mocktail which was very unexpected and exotic. The staff each one of them that served us were so accessible and attentive to our requests were like gold as they contributed to the light buzzy atmopsphere and overall superb experience. The kitchen and bar open and on display were sparkly and made us feel so welcome and included. Thank you for being there and making our time with you tonight such a joyful experience!"
