What Frankie doesn't like about Chucs Cafe Chelsea:
This was an awful experience. Our table was booked for 8.30pm, however, we weren’t seated until 9pm. We had to stand for 30mins in the cold waiting. We were then promised two glasses of Prosecco to make up for the wait. These never arrived. My friend then ordered a burger, at which point they said they had run out of burger buns ? so the burger arrived without a bun and, instead, came with 2 slices of white everyday... Poor service from the waitress and tasteless food. We were rushed to leave, as someone booked our table just after us, but no one informed us of the time limit...

The table was not ready for us and we were seated twenty mins late. The table was not wiped down before we were seated.

"The staff is very attentive and helpful and super nice. the kitchen staff make some delicious food, seriously can not mistake what is served, but they must have the waiter notes regarding what the customer does not want on their teller. that's really important. the wee is not very expensive a decent cab sav £21 ish. the desserts a warm cheesecake (taste like biscoff) with ice. first we were not sure how we never had warm cheesecake, but it works. a portion was great for both of us. If I could give you a advice, I'll give you a tear than a gift. I can't cry or eat kartoffels, but everything was either with pasta or with kartoffels, unless they wanted a light bite salad. I would have thrown it out instead of wasting food that I can't eat and eating only half a dish!"
