What Jochen Mertens doesn't like about Kirchhofer:
Das Kirchhofer verbreitet den Charme der 1950 er Jahre. Ungefähr so alt wird auch die Einrichtung sein. Außer einem Bier oder Wasser habe ich dort noch nicht zu mir genommen. Die Bedienung ist nicht wirklich motiviert. Da wundert es eigentlich, dass der Betrieb noch Gäste hat. Fazit: Ein Besuch ist nur im Notfall zu empfehlen. read more.

"We go here every time we are in the region for ice cream and it never disappoints! Husband and eldest always have spaghetti eis and demolish it everytime! They are helpful with youngest's request for a 'naked' spaghetti eis! No sauce, cream or white choc...sprinkles! I like to try ones with coconut, coffee and nuts in! so large we make sure not to have any lunch first! Staff always helpful even when very busy, Eis cafe always very clean with seating in and out on the village square. Lovely place in a lovely village. Looking forward to returning"

"In from GK NATO for a bite. This restaurant is inside 15km. We had the Pad Thai and Crispy Duck. The pad thai was legit, but the crispy duck was sublime. I honestly can't remember the last time I had thai food that good. The place was packed and we barely got a seat, but the locals clearly have the right idea. The meal was fairly priced, and portions are excellent. I think we got out of there for under €35."
