The lady yelled at me through the drive through then gaslighted me that I ordered a “turtle” latte when those words never came out of my mouth, would not make me my correct drink after telling me I ordered a medium turtle latte when I only said large churro latte. Refused to remake it or help in any way so I took the damn drink! Love Dunkin!

Couldn't make a drink to order if their life depended on it, but no worries after the abrasive indian woman argues with you that you ordered it wrong, they will remake it, then when she places the visibility different drink next to the disposal water she claimed was right she will tell you you can go somewhere else. I was unaware adding cream and vanilla flavoring to coffee was such a difficult task but this is the third time this week they messed it up. Thankfully Turfway DD never seems to have this issue.

I work here friday-tuesday and I have no complaints on the work environment. The employees are friendly and are really helpful during my training

Stopped in this morning after work around 7:30am. There were 3 employees by the counter I said hello, no response so I’m like ok they must be busy so I looked at the cups for a minute then went back to the counter said good morning. Again no response from any of them at this point I was annoyed so I said hi one more time, NOTHING nobody even acknowledged I was there so I said nevermind and went to the Taylor mill location where I received EXCELLENT service!!! I will never return to this location and I’ll make sure to warn others of how rude the employees at this location are!!
