"Zero star and unfortunately a great disappointment. the managing director herr arnold seems overwhelmed with his appointment management. both telephone appointments and two dates before location for planning our high-time celebration were simply forgotten. no feedback has been given to our calls and/or tracking after missed date. we are aware that the current situation, especially for gastronomy, is difficult to bear and survive, but or exactly that is why we cannot understand this behavior in any way. for us are the max louis and his team as location from the table."
