"Entered today on a friend's recommendation. The fixed-priced menus for lunch service offered a short but varied selection. The salad buffet offered an excellent choice and the service was courteous and very, very fast. The pork and calf are tender, with a just spicy sauce full of mushrooms, onions and taste. The fries were delicious. We followed a few cheeses and desserts, both being once again well presented and servings of size. When asked if we wanted wine or cider, we opted for one of each and received a full bottle each! You leave what you can't drink and keep in mind that this is a menu on weekdays for work lunches! The total invoice was €27, which is a ridiculous value! I look forward to trying the menu from the weekend to the map in the near future. (Original view) Popped in today on a friend's recommendation. "If you are looking for a memorable meal with fine dining, a warm welcome and friendly service then I would wholeheartedly recommend La Forge and in particular the tasting menu. Each dish reflects the creative skills of the chef, William Blondel, and we have enjoyed seeing his dishes evolve over time. William just gets better and better. Even the butter to accompany the different breads is a taste sensation."
