Driving down the road we need a quick breakfast. This was the only obvious place open for breakfast, and we were unsure based on the reviews. We found the owner...

"We went fairly early evening, by Spanish standards, but it was a Saturday and even by the time we left it was not very full. The room's very big and quite bare so the atmosphere would have been better if there'd been a few more people. We had one of the fixed menus. The food was generous in terms of portions, and there was nothing wrong with it, but it didn't seem amazing quality considering the fairly high price. Puddings were pretty perfunctory. We didn't feel like going back."
