Very good restaurant and very good quality price. However, the waiting time is a bit long. Especially when you're in a hurry at noon

After visiting the Wurth museum, we stopped by this restaurant because of the good reviews from other travellers, otherwise we probably would not have noticed it: it's a bit out of the way and from the outside it's nothing special. However, I must admit that we have not been disappointed at all by the food, which was really good (I particularly liked the fried polenta with my scallops, which is a rather unusual choice in France). The service is also very friendly and efficient - we appreciated to be warned that the chocolate fondant would take 15 minutes (freshly made! go for it if you like chocolate, or for the fruit salad if you prefer something lighter for the diet, the lemon cake on the other hand was nice but the biscuit was a bit hard). Special thanks to the cook, who knows how to convey his enthusiasm for cooking!
Excellent establishment that deserves its stars. Let's start with the welcome: the waitress is distinguished by the special care on which it puts its customers, whether by leaving them the choice of the table or by shaking to make the smallest spot disappear. So many touching precautions that promise a meal under the sign of relaxation and refinement. On the kitchen side, nothing to say: the dishes are delicious, and there is no doubt a single moment of the homemade fact displayed on the map. I had a certain apprehension to choose a mellow chocolate, being usually quite disappointed by this kind of dessert rather heavy, or even completely scary: it does not count on the recipe found that leads to an astute dosage between power and lightness. Finally, we realize that the essence of the meal is less in what we know to be good than what we can discover. So go, taste, taste. Only one condition! Never leave them...
