"We stumbled on this small oasis of a restaurant on the way from rims to avallon, while on one of our bmw club jollies to le france,14 from us descended on them from the blue and they could not have been hospitable anymore...or stopped when they tried. we were picked into a room where all our motorcycle equipment was stored safely, then in the restaurant where she showed us the menu of the day for €18. €18 for a lush 3-course lunch that could not be missed. I had the cod that was tasty, and others in the group had steak that was just as delicious. all in all an excellent holding place highly recommended, and the room prices are also very reasonable, a certain for future tours."

"We recently bought a maison secondaire that's less than 15 km from Maison les Chaource and are now busy discovering the area. Our dinner at Logis aux Maisons exceeded expectations. My girlfriend and I chose the 6 course tasting menu with wine pairing and it was absolutely delicious. For the value, incredible. The service was attentive; the GM speaks good English and can guide you through your dinner experience if you don't know how or what to order. The local wine list is also impressive, allowing you to discover some gems that you can later go out and find at the local cellar door. We plan on bringing friends with us on our next visit this summer. If you're also looking for a place to stay, the accommodations, including the pool and spa areas look quite inviting!"
