excellent customer service! the manager answered the phone immediately so that I went up as a truck driver that I could order and get my food without in a vehicle on the drive thru. the food was served hot and fresh. Thanks again. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Just walked through the ride and never going back. The staff was rude and even rolled their eyes on me because they had given me the wrong order that they sneaked out of the window without even recognizing me. Nobody wore a mask. No greeting, no thanks for coming, nothing. I worked for years on customer service and would never dare to treat customers as my daughter and I were treated. View all feedback.
