We went to Es Castell unprepared all the waterside restaurants were booked up. After wandering around getting frustrated we chose Irene as it had a free table. All the reviews regarding the male waiter/owner being grumpy, could not be anymore accurate.. I ordered carbonara and my partner ordered bolognese, carbonara was good just missing some herbs/flavouring, was a bit bland. My partner reports his was nice. Food did take a long time...to come out, we were the only English couple outside and we first to arrive, yet the last ones to get our food, even groups were quicker...... View all feedback.
