"After reading the reports we decided to give this place a go. We were met by a friendly, pleasant hostess who took our drinks order and served them promptly. We ordered our meals, two steaks (1 well done 1 medium well). Increased them from...medium well and medium knowing that Spanish meat it typically under cooked compared to what we have in the UK. The well done one was medium, but ok. The other was rare at best. We asked for it to be cooked some more. When it eventually came back to the table, the fries were gone replaced by wedges and roasted veg…. Not as ordered. By that point my little one and I had both finished our meals, so my partner asked for it to be taken off the bill and she’d eat elsewhere. I get things go wrong sometimes, but there was no apology or explanation… I expect somewhere to put things right if things do go wrong. If this is the 3rd best place to eat in the area then I’d not have much hope for the ones lower down the list.."
