Ordered a pot pie, presentation was amazing. But the pot pie was cold. Took the food back and asked for it to be properly heated, i was told by barista, that it happens some time. I replied, it shouldn't as you are in the food business. His response was, well you won't get food poisoning as it is all precooked.
