"Same girl at register every time and doesn't know how to speak English. I often don't get rice on my combo but that's apparently too difficult for them to do... I then ask for what I order and they act as if I'm lying and trying to get free veggies. Never going back.The Uber Eats guy could barely get them to understand they're picking up food for someone else and that they themselves don't pay... AVOID!"

"Honestly Ellen's needs more competition. I understand the ice cream is homemade but the prices are absolutely ridiculous. I visited recently and ordered a small, hot fudge milkshake. That's vanilla ice cream and a pump of hot fudge. When I got to the register the total was over $8. I asked if she accidentally added my friends milkshake to my order as well, she said no it's just for one.A small milkshake, should not cost that much. I feel so bad for families with little ones who ask for a sweet treat while they're out. I'm sure it's breaking the bank."

"The food was absolutely delicious. the atmosphere was a bit strange, since it was somehow pretty and when they first went into them, not knowing what to do, since there was no one to welcome us, so we waited at the front until someone came and asked how they could help. we could see that they weren't busy at all, just sitting about 4 tables, but the man who greeted us said he still needed to check and see if we could sit. He left us in front and came back and said he could sit down. the service was great for the rest of the time we were there. I will return for the delicious food that has been served!"

"Employee taking our order: RUDE! Acted like or order was just TOO much for her! Got wrong drink (ordered PEPSI..got ORANGE), food was passable BEST (ordered fries might have gotten 8-10 fries, wings weren 't even hot)! Ordered a pizza to go (same time as we placed our dine in order) still had 2 wait 10mins to get it (RUDE clerk was busy making another order)! Dining area was FILTHY (dirty tables, crumbs on floor) the restroom was beyond ATROCIOUS! This was my 1st time GINO 'S.. my LAST!"

"We just ordered from Frank's Pizza not more than 30 mins ago. They are the only place near Boomer/Montgomery/Smithers that will deliver, so I guess they think that gives them the right to provide terrible pizza and no customer service whatsoever."

"The Tasmanian Shrimp Lobster lacked any flavor/spices so bland. I was shocked to bite into the shrimp and it was still partially raw. The quantity was fair. Alice Springs Chicken looked like it should have been on the kids menu WOW! Literally the tiniest piece of chicken breast Outback has ever dished out along with a tiny sweet potato. I actually felt bad for my husband because he wanted to pick it up curbside. Bread salad good really with we could have a purchase option for extra salad dressings, tiny cup to salad ratio is not realistic."

"Recommend to check this place. The only negative we had to say while we were eating here is that the bar call didn't really know what an old fashioned drink should be. It was not well prepared and it was presented in a strange glass that was also taken away from the experience. Otherwise our dinner was great and the atmosphere was great, service was great! The table side Caesar Salat was a great show and was delicious. My husband had a ribeye and I had the Asian spiced salmon shell. Because I think about it, I wouldn't recommend carrots. The cut made the skill incompatible."
