"Whilst off the tourist map, this restaurant/bar is worth seeking out. The food is excellent quality and to be thoroughly recommended. The langoustines were out of this world and the croquettas delicious. The owner, Miguel is always helpful, though it is wise to take a dictionary if you have little Spanish to hand. The food, wine and ambience make your visit worthwhile and you won't believe what great value it is. Good for both lunch and dinner."

"Great little bar in this friendly little town. Good selection of vegan tapas: be sure to try tagarninas (oyster thistles) if they're serving them. Delicious! Great flamenco music playing in the background, and pictures of the flamenco greats on the walls. See if you can find the photo of the great Fernanda de Utrera, the greatest flamenco singer of all. Take your photo next to her, and you're my friend for life."

"We ordered the cheese plate for a starter, not knowing that they would bring for a brave one. I wish the waiter had advised us something else. I had the cod I had nothing to write about. husband had pasta he enjoyed. they put broth in a basket and asked what we wanted, and accused us. I thought that was weird. they also accused us for 2 bottles of wine instead of 1, fortunately my man noticed it in the bill."

"La señora que organiza el restaurante, con acento ucraniano, es amable y atenta, y bastante eficiente. Pena que los camareros, no tanto. Para una mesa de tres, dos platos equivocados. Uno de ellos era un solomillo que nos comimos sin advertir el error... Diez euros extras en la cuenta. La calidad de los ingredientes es muy buena, pero el precio resulta excesivo para el local y el servicio. Cuando entraron más clientes, se colapsó, y los postres tardaron una eternidad. En resumen, calidad, sí, pero no tanto como cobran."

"I stopped in for a beer. The owner, Raphel, was a great host. I had a meatball tapas. It was great. Also, bull fighting was on the TV. It was interesting to watch as he really enjoyed"
