That's how you get rid of regular customers. I've made over 40 orders last year, was always tolerant when it took a little longer and gave a good rating every time. Unfortunately, I have been set to some sort of blacklist at Deliveryando. At my place of residence, the minimum order value is now suddenly twice as high. 500 meters further it is still as before.
