"The best diner food we've ever had. The specials were all delicious (fancy French toast, mixed egg cube dishes, etc. Serving sizes were extremely generous. (Every pancake was the size of a big plate! Friendly service. We enjoyed the atmosphere of the food in the covered outdoor area. In the interior, a small city interior feels. Would definitely come back, especially for the super delicious food!"

"You need to have more of a selection on your menu. The air handling system also sometimes blows air on the cartridges. We had to be moved when we first arrived. Our waitress was great and accommodating."

"This place is wonderful! Everyone in the party was happy with our pizza! We were able to try three different kinds; the Athenian, Eggplant Parm and the seafood pizzas. All of which tasted great! The clam chowder was delicious! We will definitely stop back in on our next visit to East Lyme."

"So we entered into a pretty busy restaurant, the waitress was extremely nice and asked us how many. We said 4 adults 3 kids. She said about 20 minutes, no problem willing to wait. I don't know if it was the kids or the fact that we were people of color but the boss/manager comes up to us, with this energy that was that of someone who didn't want us in the restaurant. He comes up to us the wait is 45 minutes. He was trying to get us out of the restaurant and not trying to keep us there at all. I feel bad for the servers that lost out on a tip, but there manager likes to judge a book by its cover. If you want to support a man who is rude and perhaps racist eat at Brothers."

"This place is a fabulous gem in the brunch world. When they say plate sized pancakes they're talking large dinner plate sized, not little dessert plates. Everything we've had here has been absolutely top notch. They had a special for carrot bread french toast when I was last there and it was perfection on a plate. I really can't recommend them highly enough."
