"Is there bad ice cream? If there is, it won't be found here. This is an ice cream mecca. There is a tremendous variety of flavors, see pics of varieties worthy of coming back and trying more. We were lucky to arrive with very few other customer and were able to sit down inside. The interior has a very uplifting vibe. But other than customers ordering ice cream, those eating are very, very silent. You could almost hear them purring as they enjoyed their treats. I was amused by the notebooks for each state of customers' testimonials a fun read. I've included 2 pics of our ice cream. These are kid's cup size. You are looking at Dirty Turtle, Chocolate Brownie Swirl, Brownie Batter and Cookie and Cream. Each was rich and creamy. The chocolate was deeply flavored. The bits and pieces were crunchy. I couldn't find anything to complain about. While our crowds were light, they had already set out ropes to guide customers to wait outside. But, the ice cream is worth the wait."

"Took my dad here for his birthday. It was quite warm/hot. AC was probably not working. What bothered me the most was the service. Woman upfront seemed annoyed we came in and wanted to eat in. She gave us a to go menu and left. We said we wanted to eat in. She proceeded to give us everything to go. Plastic silverware to go, stryrofoam containers, etc. We’ve been here previous times before, not in a while. Definitely gone downhill since we’ve eaten here. Disappointing as we are Japanese and I was hoping to treat my father for his birthday. This used to be his favorite spot. It’s a 5:30 on a Thursday with nobody in here, it’s not busy at all nor do they close anytime soon. We were charged an extra $3-4 for a side of soup and salad, that which already comes with the hibachi meal. She initially wanted to argue that she didn’t charge us for it but it was apparent on the receipt and they fixed it. Food was average, but honestly mediocre for the price. The only reason I give it an extra star (2 star review) is because of the good portions, but again everything was to go and in plastic. Regardless terrible experience. Never coming here again. I don’t know what happened to this place since we last ate here. It really has gone downhill. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially those whom are a fan of Japanese food."

"My friend and I visited El Sabor De Pueblo after taking a run to Sanibel beaches for the day. The food is not only delicious but there is SO MUCH OF IT, you cannot leave hungry impossible. Also, this is a family run operation, husband/wife and kids all pitching in to make your visit memorable and wonderful. My only complaint is that the parking lot is small and this place fills up in a hurry, so get there early to find a parking spot (and back in, so you can pull back out easily afterward). As I type this, I am dreaming of my next meal to try. DELICIOUS!"

"Harold's is fantastic! Besides the food the fact that the staff treats you like family is wonderful! Sitting at the bar is very enjoyable especially if you are dining solo. I have been here a few times. Never had a bad experience or meal."

"The Friendly carhop kept asking me to pull up during my attempted drive thru order but he wouldn 't follow. When I asked if the restaurant served coke or Pepsi he walked away. We ordered our food at the pay window. And they STILL got the order wrong!! I asked for mayo, tomato, lettuce, and pickle. I was served a dry bun with a one pickle. No tomato, no lettuce, and a pack of honey roasted BBQ sauce. I 'm not sure how they keep their franchise with such appalling service and order fulfillment."
