"We happened on this place on wing Wednesday ($0.45) so the place was hopping - and noisy for quiet conversation. There are vlts and lots of beers on tap. We had French onion soup, wings, a tzatziki wrap and jambalaya and it was all good. Service was friendly...though the large crowd sometimes slowed it up a bit. I think meals ranged from $10-16ish. If I lived in town, I think I would go here often."

"Very rude employees. They can almost speak English. U have to repeat yourself five or six times before they get what you are ordering and at that they screw up orders every time without a doubt. Go buy some baloney and bread at sobers before...you go there"

"I thought the tower cafe was the worst place to eat in Estevan, I was wrong. Don’t believe me? Give it a try. Ordered the wor wantons, got a styrofoam coffee cup full of mush and uncooked cauliflower. The uncooked cauliflower was the best part."
