Not everything you order is going to be freshly made. Pastries in the case are there for weeks. They just get wrapped at the end of the night. None of the Paninis are fresh, they’re all in a little fridge. Baristas get little training and are expected to do everyone’s job while doing their own. The water is not filtered.
